Now type msconfig on the Run dialog box and click on OK or press the Enter key.

Now you can see System Configuration window on your screen.

Click on the 3rd title, Services. On the System Configuration tab, you need to tick Hide all Microsoft services option which is located at the bottom left side of the screen. Now you need to disable its system by clicking on the Disable all option.

Go to Startup option on the System Configuration window.

On the next window of the Startup tab click on the Open Task Manager.

Now you will see Status and Startup impact of running applications. Select the first Publisher from the list and right-click to Disable it.

After disabling all the running applications, go to the main window of the System Configuration. Now click on the Apply option and then click on OK.
